Project brief: Establish brand definition and visual branding for a new Brooklyn Functional Wellness Practice that offers yoga, chiropractic services, and fitness classes.
Challenge:  Develop branding that: fits with the Brooklyn neighborhood—reflects and welcomes its ethnic diversity and encompasses older people; communicates this is an open space; reaffirms yoga’s fundamental nature

Team: I worked directly with the two principles of Align Yoga.
Role: Strategic Designer
Solution: Created logo, defined typography, style guide and collateral for vibrant, inclusive business.
Effect: My work helped the partners define and determine how they wanted to present their new venture to the world. I am proud of this work, the logo came together very naturally. Cairns, the wayfinders hikers use, were an early visual suggestion. Once I started drawing I had several strong ideas and the cairn was one of them.
