Project brief: Determine brand personality and aspirations for neighborhood fitness training center and develop branding that reflects these.
Challenge: Develop visual branding that expressed Equilibrium Fitness’ personality: strong, welcoming and un-stressful. While open to everybody, key demographics were women 25 to 45 as well as older adults 50 to 80.

Role: Strategic Designer
Solution: Touchpoints were DaVinci’s Vitruvian Man and the Apple logo. From these starting points I created a strong, simple logo based on the letterforms of E and Q, and used a bright clear palette to express the lightness of the brand.
Effect: My branding created a clear, strong presence for Equilibrium Fitness.
